Custom Contact / Company Report

The Custom Contact / Company Report provides a list of contacts' or companies' details, showing all custom fields details, or allowing you to filter by desired values.


1. Click the Reports icon in the bottom left pane of Thread. 




2. The Management Reports tab will show by default. 


3. Select the Custom Contact / Company Report.




4. A pop-up menu will appear where you can either select Company or Contact



Thread will report on All Type, All Standard Fields (default only for Contacts) and All Custom Fields

5. If you wish to view only a specific type, standard or custom fields, you can remove ‘All’ and select from the list on the drop-down arrow. 




6.  You can also click + Filter and select from the list of selected Custom Fields on the drop-down arrow to further filter the report.



7. Select View Report.

8. This will show you the Custom Contact / Company report preview with all the custom fields you selected.



9. You can also further filter within the report, by clicking on the Filter Picture, Picture, Picture, Picture, Pictureicon, to set your preferred type and Custom Fields. You can also choose which Columns you would like to add/remove from the list.




10. Select View Report in the bottom right corner.

11. Click on the Print Preview icon to preview, or the Printer icon to print. 





12. You can apply a search term, if required. 




13. Any search term applied will be highlighted in the report for your convenience. 




14. You can also export this report in PDF, Excel or HTML format, according to your preference. 




15. The Custom Contact / Company Report will automatically generate with your selected filters in your preferred format.
