Send Emails From Your Own Email Address

Ensure you are sending emails from your individual email address and not the Thread dedicated email address (yourdomain@threadsoftware.ie) by editing your personal settings.  


NotesEmails sent from the dedicated email address will not appear in your sent messages on Outlook. 

  1. 1. Click your username in the top left corner. 

  1. 2. Click Personal settings. 


 

  1. 3. Scroll down to Send email from dedicated mailbox and toggle No.

4. Click Save. 


Now, all emails you send and receive will come from your own email address (yourname@yourdomain.com), and appear on your Outlook account.
