Viewing New Emails on Matters

You can easily view new emails on matters across Thread directly from your homepage dashboard. From this page, you can view all emails based on the matter owner and the date they were received, and search for a particular email in the search bar provided, making it much easier to locate a specific email.  

NotesThe New emails on matters element must be configured to appear on your dashboard in Personal settings.
  


1. On your homepage dashboard, you will see any new emails under the New Emails on Matters element.




2. Click an email to bring to the matter Emails page.
