Viewing New Emails on Matters
You can easily view new emails on matters across Thread directly from your homepage dashboard. From this page, you can view all emails based on the matter owner and the date they were received, and search for a particular email in the search bar provided, making it much easier to locate a specific email.
The New emails on matters element must be configured to appear on your dashboard in Personal settings.
1. On your homepage dashboard, click the New Emails on Matters element.
2. Enter a date range in the boxes shown, choose a matter owner (or click All to view all matter emails), or search for a matter email in the search bar provided.

3. Click an email to bring to the matter Emails page.
