You can select Roll Up Time Records when creating a bill which will show any time records included in the bill that belong to same item as a total value for that item, without displaying individual time records.
In Roll Up Bill, User or Time Type will not be displayed on a Bill. Hourly rate will only display where all individual time records have same rate applied.
Once Roll Up Time Records is toggled to Yes, it can no longer be switched to No for that bill. If you wish for the existing bill to not show in Roll Up, you will need to delete it and create a new bill.

Bill Roll up Values
When you create a bill with Roll Up enabled, any time records added to that Bill that belong to same item, will only add to the total values for that item (time, cost).
- If the rates are the same, it will show the name of the rate and total the time and then calculate.
- If the rates are different, it will show as "Multiple" and total the time and then calculate the money values for each entry and then add that total to the bill.
