How to remove a default template when opening a new matter

It is highly possible that there is a default template on the categories where a new matters / case are opened.

If that is the case then you will need to have someone who have Thread Administrator access:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Matters
3. Go to Category

4. Select the Category you want to check / edit then click on Edit

5. If there is an entry there that you need to remove, click on the "X" to remove it from generating by default.

6. Save the settings.
This will make all new matters created in that category not generate this template by default anymore.
