Matter Status Changes Report

With Thread, you can easily produce a record of Matters opened, closed or archived within a particular date range. 

If needed, you can then print this report directly from Thread. 

 

Viewing and Exporting Matter Status Changes Report 

  1. 1. Click the Reports icon in the bottom left pane of Thread.

  1. 2. The Management Reports tab will show by default. 

 

  1. 3. Select the Matter Status Changes Report.

  1. 4. This will show you the Matter Status Changes report preview, reflecting all matters opened within the past month.

  1. 5. Click on the Filter Picture, Picture, Picture, Picture, Pictureicon, to set your preferred From and To date range, matter Category and Matter Status.

  1. 6. Select View Report in the bottom right corner.

  1. 7. Selecting an “Opened” Matter Status, will show the Date on which the matter was Opened, and you can click on any matter name to open the matter in a new tab.

  1. 8. Selecting a “Closed” Matter Status, will show the Date on which the matter was initially Opened and also the Date Closed.

  1. 9. Selecting an “Archived” Matter Status, will show the Date on which the matter was initially Opened and also the Date Archived.

  1. 10 Click on the Print Preview icon Picture, Picture, Pictureto preview, or the Printer icon Picture, Picture, Pictureto print.

  1. 11. You can apply a search term, if required.

  1. 12. Any search term applied will be highlighted in the report for your convenience, 

  2. and you can click on any matter name to open the matter in a new tab.

  1. 13. You can also export this report in PDF, Excel or HTML format, according to your preference.

  1. 14. The Matter Status Report will automatically generate with your selected filters in your preferred format.
