Financial - Bill Updates:
You can now select Roll Up Time Records when creating a bill, where any time records included in the bill that belong to same item will be calculated to show total values for that item, without displaying individual records.
'User' or 'Time Type' will not be displayed on a Bill. 'Rate' will only display where all individual time records have same rate applied.
You can only choose to apply Roll Up to the bill when creating the bill. Once the bill was created, this option can no longer be changed for that bill.
- When in Edit Bill Details window, you can see if the Roll Up has been applied. In the Bill Items section, you will be able to edit the Description of the Item how you would like it to show on the bill.
- Bill Roll up calculate values - When you create a bill with Roll Up enabled, any time records added to that Bill that belong to same item, will only add to the total values for that item (time, cost).
- If the rates are the same, it will show the name of the rate and total the time and then calculate.
- If the rates are different, it will show as "Multiple" and total the time and then calculate the money values for each entry and then add that total to the bill.

Different Rates:
- Bills synced to Quickbooks when roll up is enabled, will not display the rate field.
