Undertakings Report

Extract a report of Undertakings ‘given’ and ‘received’ in a specified date range.  You can also filter by undertaking type, undertaking status and can add/remove columns in your report as required, i.e. Category, Company, Matter Owner, Matter Code, Undertaking Group. If needed, you can print this report directly from Thread. 

 

Viewing and Exporting an Undertakings Report 

  1. 1. Click the Reports icon in the bottom left pane of Thread.

  1. 2. The Management Reports tab will show by default. Select the User Reports tab   


  1. 3. Click on Undertakings Report.

  1. 4. Click on the Filter Picture, Picture, Picture, Picture, Picture, Pictureicon, to set your preferred From and To date range, Given Or Received (or both), Undertaking Type (e.g. Certificate of Title, Discharge Outgoings, Hold Monies), Undertaking Status (e.g. Active, Complied with but Not Discharged, Discharged). Select the Columns you wish to include in your report (i.e. Category, Company, Matter Owner, Matter Code, Undertaking Group).

  1. 5. Select View Report in the bottom right corner.

  1. 6. Click on the Print Preview icon to preview, or the Printer icon to print.

  1. 7. Apply a search term, if required.

  1. 8. Any search term applied will be highlighted in the report for your convenience.

  1. 9. You can also export this report in PDF, Excel or HTML format, according to your preference.

  1. 10. The Undertakings Report will automatically generate with your selected filters in your preferred format.
