Viewing Calendars in Thread

 

Viewing your own calendar 

1. Click Calendars on the left pane of your Thread or in the top right corner of your Thread beside notifications 

 

When you click on the top right calendar widget, you can view all of your events, edit them and create appointments from here too. 

 

 

2. When in the calendars page click the dropdown then select your name to view your own calendar in your Thread.

NotesYou will need to have shared your calendar from your Personal Settings before you can view your calendar here.

 

Viewing your colleagues' calendars 

1. Click Calendars on the left pane of your Thread

2. Here you can view all your colleagues' appointments, meetings etc., that are also linked with their Outlook account. 

NOTE: You can see How to share my calendar on Thread to link this up to your Thread account. 

3. When others have shared their calendar on Thread, you will be able to view their calendar by selecting their name from the dropdown menu.

4. You can filter to view by day, month, week, year and can select the Today option to bring you back to your current day.
